Deckr is an AI-powered study tool that helps students turn their notes into flashcards and quizzes. We offer a free plan with limited usage and a Premium plan with additional features.

You retain ownership of the notes and documents you upload to Deckr. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to process it for the purpose of generating your flashcards. We do not sell or share your content with third parties.
The free plan allows up to 5 flashcard sets per month. Premium plans offer additional features as described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to change plan limits and pricing with reasonable notice.
Flashcards and quizzes are generated using AI and may not always be perfectly accurate. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of generated content before using it for study purposes.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
Deckr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated flashcards will be perfectly accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deckr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of Deckr after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
